In consideration for its services, Forgd would be designated as a “Core Contributor” to your project and would receive both a token allocation and an upfront cash payment. All token allocations are subject to a lockup and vesting schedule that is identical to your core team’s.
For example, if your team has a 4 year vesting schedule, any tokens allocated to Forgd will carry the same.
The amount of tokens & cash required to engage Forgd vary by project type and desired scope of engagement.

Shane Molidor is the Founder and CEO of Forgd. Shane brings a wealth of C-suite experience from leading roles at prominent cryptocurrency exchanges, trading desks, and investment firms across the United States, China, and Singapore. His expertise spans exchange and custodial infrastructure, market microstructure, risk management, as well as Layer 1 & 2 protocols, decentralized finance (DeFi), and global cryptocurrency regulation. His leadership was instrumental in driving a top-20 centralized exchange (AscendEX) to a valuation of approximately $500 million, overseeing major Series B fundraising efforts.
Prior to founding Forgd, Shane was integral in developing trading operations at FBG Capital, including market making and OTC trading, and was the first non-engineering hire at Gemini, a US-regulated exchange and custodian, where he managed business development, institutional sales, and operations. His career is marked by a track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing highly profitable businesses and managing multifaceted teams globally.
